Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is core to how we advise — and how we build.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Novara Consulting Group, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We advise organizations and public-sector bodies on responsible AI, governance, and accessible procurement — so we hold our own web presence to the standards we ask of others. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our approach: multi-sensory access

Accessibility, for us, is more than compliance — it is the purpose of our work. We build so that information can be perceived through whichever senses a person uses, connecting the auditory, visual, and tactile ways people take in the world:

The same modes — read, listen, watch — are offered wherever we publish, so no one is required to use a sense that does not serve them.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and to align with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act. Where any content is not yet fully conformant, the exceptions are described below and are being actively remediated.

Accessibility features on this site

This site includes a built-in accessibility toolbar, available on every page, that lets you adjust the experience to your needs:

Beyond the toolbar, the site is built with semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate, supports full keyboard navigation, provides text alternatives for meaningful images, maintains visible focus indicators, and offers audio versions of many written insights.

Compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on the following technologies: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These are used in conjunction with the accessibility standards above.

Assessment & known limitations

We assess accessibility through a combination of internal review, automated testing, and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Despite our best efforts, some third-party content or embedded media may not yet be fully accessible. We are addressing these as we identify them and welcome reports of specific issues.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, or need any content in an alternative format, please contact us:
