Novara Consulting Group licenses its accessibility apps to organizations — state vocational-rehabilitation agencies, centers for independent living, schools, and employers — under transparent, procurement-ready terms. Buy once for your whole team, with volume pricing, a shared usage-credit allotment, and optional technical support and staff training.
One license activates across your fleet of devices, with a seat count sized to your team. Perpetual or multi-year terms (e.g. a 10-year "device lifetime" license).
Cloud AI features draw from a pooled credit allotment matched to your purchase, with top-up packs available as needs grow. Usage is metered and reportable.
Add a technical-support term and staff onboarding/training as separate line items, so front-line staff and clients get the most from the tools.
Built accessible-first (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, haptics). Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA-aligned; a VPAT/ACR is available on request for procurement files.
Distributed privately to your organization through Apple Business Manager (custom apps), so licensing and billing fit public-sector procurement.
On-device processing wherever possible; no sale of personal data. Data-handling documentation available to support privacy and security reviews.
Sample only — a starting point for procurement review. Not legal advice; final terms are set in the executed order and should be reviewed by your counsel.
This Software License Agreement is between Novara Consulting Group ("Licensor") and the purchasing organization ("Licensee"). It covers Licensee's use of the Novara application(s) identified on the order (the "Software").
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to the number of devices/seats stated on the order, for the license term (perpetual or a stated number of years), for Licensee's internal programmatic use serving its clients.
Cloud-assisted features consume usage credits from the allotment on the order. Credits are pooled across the organization. Additional credits ("top-up packs") may be purchased. Rate limits may apply as stated on the order.
Technical support and staff training/onboarding are provided when purchased as separate line items, per the service levels described on the order.
The Software is designed to conform with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A VPAT/Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request.
Licensor processes data on-device where feasible and does not sell personal data. Data-handling documentation is available to support Licensee's privacy/security review.
The license runs for the term on the order. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach. On termination, Licensee ceases use; perpetual licenses survive except where terminated for breach.
The Software is provided on the terms stated in the order; Licensor's aggregate liability is limited as set out therein. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Fees, term, seats, and credit allotment are as stated on the order/quote. Public-sector payment terms and procurement vehicles can be accommodated.
Governing law and venue are as stated on the order.
